Anyone with a smart phone can scan the Smart QR Pet Tag - view pet information, owner contact information, and any other available information the owner chooses to share publicly about their pet.
How does the GPS alerts work?
If a Lost Pet is located, the finder has the ability to scan the Smart QR Pet Tag, and click the “Share Location” button. This will generate a GPS location pin, which is instantly shared with the pets owner to assist in a fast reunion!

Initial purchase of the SonnyBoy Pets Smart QR Tag gives you 12months free access to the app. After the initial 12-months, the app access will roll over to a subscription service which is: $4.99 per month or $49 monthly. Cancel anytime!

You can cancel anytime through your App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play).

What is the refund policy?
At SonnyBoy Pets, every product is made just for you and your pet. Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect selection. Please double-check your order details carefully before checking out. If, however, your product is faulty or damaged, we will happily offer a replacement or refund if your item: arrives damaged during transit, or has a manufacturing fault. All of our products are made on demand. Production usually takes 1–3 business days before shipping.

Because we get started on your order straight away, it’s usually tricky to make changes once it’s been placed. That said, if you need to adjust something, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@sonnyboypets.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it enters production almost immediately, so we’re generally unable to cancel it. This helps us avoid wasting materials and time. Please be sure you’re happy with your selection before checking out!
Where can I find my invoice?
We don’t include printed invoices with orders. A receipt will be emailed to you automatically. If you need a full invoice (with address, VAT, etc. when applicable), just email us at orders@sonnyboypets.com with your order number and details.
