If a Lost Pet is located, the finder has the ability to scan the Smart QR Pet Tag, and click the “Share Location” button. This will generate a GPS location pin, which is instantly shared with the pets owner to assist in a fast reunion!

What is the refund policy?

At SonnyBoy Pets, every product is made just for you and your pet. Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect selection. Please double-check your order details carefully before checking out. If, however, your product is faulty or damaged, we will happily offer a replacement or refund if your item: arrives damaged during transit, or has a manufacturing fault. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it enters production almost immediately, so we’re generally unable to cancel it. This helps us avoid wasting materials and time. Please be sure you’re happy with your selection before checking out!
