Processing Time

As all of our products are custom-made to order, please allow 2-3 business days for production before your order is shipped.

During peak times (such as holidays or sales), production times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Delivery Times (after processing)

For SonnyBoy Pets Smart QR Pet Tags
- Express Shipping: 3-5 business Days
- Standard Shipping: 6-9 business Days

For all other products, shipping time is completely dependent on your location. Current estimate delivery times are as follows:
- AUS: 5–10 business days
- EU: 3–5 business days
- UK: 3–5 business days
- US: 3–5 business days

Rest of the world: 5–15 business days

- Standard Shipping: $9.95
- For all other products, shipping cost is completely dependent on your location, weight of product and shipping method chosen.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $100 within Australia.
Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country. SonnyBoy Pets is not responsible for these costs or for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Orders
- If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at orders@sonnyboypets.com with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.
