At SonnyBoy Pets, every product is made just for you and your pet. Because our items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect selection. Please double-check your order details carefully before checking out.
Faulty or Damaged Products
We will happily offer a replacement or refund if your item:

Arrives damaged during transit, or

Has a manufacturing fault.
To request a return or refund for a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@sonnyboypets.com with:

Your order number, and

Clear photos showing the fault or damage.
Refund Process

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll either remake your item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Important Notes

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect choice, or customer error (e.g. wrong name or size entered at checkout).

As all items are personalized/custom-made, each order is unique and cannot be resold.
