At SonnyBoy Pets, every product is made just for you and your pet. Because our items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect selection. Please double-check your order details carefully before checking out.

Faulty or Damaged Products

We will happily offer a replacement or refund if your item:

  • Arrives damaged during transit, or

  • Has a manufacturing fault.

To request a return or refund for a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@sonnyboypets.com with:

  • Your order number, and

  • Clear photos showing the fault or damage.

Refund Process

  • Once we confirm the issue, we’ll either remake your item or issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect choice, or customer error (e.g. wrong name or size entered at checkout).

  • As all items are personalized/custom-made, each order is unique and cannot be resold.
