How does the it work?

If your pet is located, the finder simply scans the tag with their phone. Your contact information appears instantly, so they can call, SMS and share location with you.

Do I need an App?

No, anyone can scan the tag using their smart phone - no app required.

Does it work on all phones?

Yes, it works with any modern smart phone that can scan QR codes.

How can I update my information?

Pet owners can log into the SonnyBoy Pets profile at any time to update contact information and pet profile information.

What information can I add?

You can update contact details and your pets identification information, and all important information regarding your pet (medical information, allergies, temperament etc.)

Is the tag waterproof?

Yes, our tags are waterproof and durable, built to handle everyday adventures.

Does it have GPS tracking?

No, the tag doesn't location. But if someone scans the tag, they can share their location with you instantly.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your profile in the App.

What is the refund policy?

Each tag is custom-made to order, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Id your item arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace it or issue a refund - no problem!
