These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Sonny Boy Pets’ products and services, including QR code pet tags, the mobile/web app, and any related services (“Services”). By purchasing a Sonny Boy Pets product or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

Sonny Boy Pets offers:

  • QR code pet ID tags with unique digital profiles.

  • A digital pet passport including health notes (e.g., allergies, medications, special needs).

  • A lost pet recovery system where finders can access the pet’s profile, GPS pin (if shared), and contact the owner by SMS or phone.

User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and pet information.

  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

  • Ensure that you have permission to share any data you upload (e.g., pet medical information).

  • Use the Services for lawful purposes only.


Limitations of Service

  • Sonny Boy Pets is a tool to assist in reuniting lost pets but cannot guarantee recovery of every pet.

  • GPS location accuracy depends on the finder’s device and may vary.

  • SMS and phone alerts rely on third-party providers Twilio and Zapier. We are not responsible for delays, outages, or failures outside our control.

  • We are not responsible for loss, injury, or harm caused by delayed notifications or unsuccessful reunions.

Purchases & Payments

  • Tags and other products are sold via our website using Printify’s Print-on-Demand system.

  • All prices are in AUD and may include applicable taxes.

  • Payment is required at checkout through approved methods (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal).

  • Shipping times vary depending on supplier and location.

Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds are available for defective or misprinted tags.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not available due to the customised, made-to-order nature of our products.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Sonny Boy Pets website and app (logos, text, graphics, designs) is our property.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without written permission.

Privacy

  • Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Termination of Services

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Sonny Boy Pets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

  • We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and app, with the “last updated” date revised.
